ProCourt Inc. ("we", "us") operates the ProCourt app and website. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.
Account data: Name, email, skill level, gender, and playing preferences you provide during signup.
Video content: Tennis videos you upload for stroke analysis. Videos are processed and stored securely.
Usage data: Analytics on how you use the app to improve the Service.
We use your information to provide stroke analysis, coaching, and progress tracking. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
Your data is stored securely using industry-standard encryption. Videos are processed on-device when possible and stored in encrypted cloud storage.
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, all associated data is permanently removed.
You can access, update, or delete your personal information at any time through the app. You can request a full data export by contacting us.
We use Supabase for authentication, Cloudflare R2 for storage, and Google Gemini for AI feedback. These services have their own privacy policies.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or in-app notification.
