These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of ProCourt ("the Service"), operated by ProCourt Inc. By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
ProCourt provides AI-powered tennis stroke analysis, coaching, and progress tracking. You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and all activity under it. You must provide accurate information when creating your account.
Some features require a paid subscription. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. Pricing is subject to change with notice.
You retain ownership of videos and content you upload. By uploading content, you grant ProCourt a license to process it for the purpose of providing the Service.
You may delete your account at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
ProCourt is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
